Logistics & Supply Chain Management
At Trade Wind, we provide freight forwarding and logistics management solutions to all our customers in Myanmar and Overseas, focusing on comprehensive and effective end-to-end solutions for a broad range of industries. Our services include but are not limited to stevedoring, container trucking for both trans-national and trans-continental services with our international partners.
Coastal Ship Operations
After identifying an opportunity in serving Myanmar business with coastal shipping services, Trade Wind acquired a “Wanneiza Vessel” to expand the company’s logistics and supply chain capabilities. Wanneiza is one of the most sought purely local transport vessel, efficiently serving both local and international businesses in Myanmar.
Overseas Employment Management
Since 2018, Trade Wind has also strong established ourselves in providing overseas employment opportunities for Myanmar people as well as catering to the heavy human resources needs of manufacturing factories in both Myanmar, Thailand, Japan and Korea. Over the last 5 years, Trade Wind had created more than 20,000 job opportunities for Myanmar people in their overseas employment ventures. Our company strictly follows the International Labor Regulations as well as safeguards issued by the Ministry of Labor Offices in each country.
Training
Trade Wind is dedicated to empowering both seasoned seafarers and aspiring young cadets with the support and training required to become successful in their marine-time occupations of choice. We deploy efficient and quality training services to all types of job occupations from basic safety trainings (BST) to OPITO approved trainings. We take pride in Trade Wind’s state-of-the-art International Standard Maritime Training Institutes, where we continuously provide certified trainings to all seafarers under approval of the Myanmar Maritime Association.
